PMK - Autoconf alternative

'PMK' (Pre Make Kit) aims to be an alternative to GNU autoconf configure scripts. It attempts to avoid the use of scripts in packages that can hide trojans, to minimize the number of dependencies, and to be easy to use for users and developers.
