net-check - Monitors Internet connectivity
The net-check package is a pair of scripts that
monitor and report on your internet connectivity. They monitor your
internet connection (with user defined packet loss threshold),
reconnect after 2 failures, log all up and downtimes, and e-mail the
user a monthly status report with downtime recorded and adjusted
service fee
