WxWindows - Cross-platform toolkit

'wxWindows' is a class library for compiling graphical C++ programs on a range of different platforms. It defines a common API across platforms, but uses the native graphical user interface (GUI) on each platform, so your program has the platform's native look and feel. It comes with Perl and Python bindings.
