Lingua::Stem::Snowball::No is a perl port of the norwegian
stemmer at http://snowball.sourceforge.net.

It also supports caching of words and it's stemmed equaivilent.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
