BEFORE BUILDING, TESTING AND INSTALLING this you will need to:

    Install the DBI module

BUILDING

    Unpack the DBD::RDB files and 
	    perl Makefile.PL
	    mms OR mmk
	    mms install
    The test script is up to now an example and not a standard perl test
