This tar file contains an older version known as ClearCase::Ct.
It's obsolete but is retained here for historical reasons and
because there were a few features in the old one which I didn't
bring over into ClearCase::Wrapper; if anybody misses them
and wants to add them to the new version, here's the old code
to work from.
