IndexMaker is a simple script PERL to make an index.html file from PDF, HTML 
and other files.
It should work with PERL 4.x and 5.x.

This is the sintax


usage:
        indexmaker [-options ...] files

where options include:
    -help                        print out this message
    -title  Title 

files:
    with files you can use metacharacters and relative and absolute path name
    
example:
    indexmaker *.pdf
    indexmaker -t "TOC example" *.pdf
