 This module is used to pack in/out a large number of parameters to
 a small number of cookies.

INSTALLATION

 To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

DEPENDENCIES

 This module requires perl 5.8 or later.
 And,
 this module requires these other modules and libraries:

   CGI::Uricode 0.07 or later
