Tie-Hash-Attribute

Print hash as scalar and emit HTML attributes.

Synopsis
--------
```perl
use Tie::Hash::Attribute;

tie my %attr, 'Tie::Hash::Attribute';
%attr = ( style => ['color: red', 'color: black'] );
print "<td", scalar %td, ">\n" for 1 .. 10;
```
