Unlike the previous release, this version shouldn't eat your children.
It _will_ still nibble at them a bit, but they can live with that, right?

DBIx::SearchBuilder 0.05 is no longer mysql specific. Now it's oracle and
mysql specific...which is a step in the right direction.  Next
come even more documentation and a postgresql port.
