Formatter-HTML-Preformatted version 0.1

This module simply takes a block of plain text, possibly with some
URIs in line, slaps pre-elements around it and makes hyperlinks of the
URIs. 

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

DEPENDENCIES

This module depends heavily on URI::Find::Simple to do its hard work.
