VOIP-VOIPBuster

This README describes VOIP::VOIPBuster, which provides an interface to the
VOIPBuster VoIP system (see http://www.voipbuster.com/). Currently, this module
lets you make limited calls between landline phones in the U.S.A.; in the
future, it may be expanded to allow more advanced uses.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    make install
