NCGI

  NCGI is a collection of Perl modules that assist authors in writing
  Common Gateway Interface (CGI) scripts. It is intended as the next
  generation 'CGI' module.

INSTALLATION

  To install this module type the following:

    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    make install

DEPENDENCIES

  This module requires these other modules and libraries:

    XML::API         (CPAN)
    Class::Singleton (CPAN)
