NCGI

  NCGI is a collection of Perl modules that assist authors in writing
  Common Gateway Interface (CGI) scripts. It is kind of like the standard
  'CGI' module but much lighter in code and features, has a different
  inteface and produces better output.

INSTALLATION

  To install this module type the following:

    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    make install

DEPENDENCIES

  This module requires these other modules and libraries:

    XML::API         (CPAN)
    debug            (CPAN)

  If you want to actually do any debugging with NCGI then you also need
  the following module:

    Log::Delta       (CPAN)
