LinkLocal-IPv4-Interface version 0.01

This is very much a work in progress, and what is currently
present should have little use to anyone yet.  I am currently
de-crufting (it is a word) some additional modules in this package
and will add them soon.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
