Bio::ViennaNGS::AnnoC

Bio::ViennaNGS::AnnoC is a Perl module for conversion between various
sequence annotation formats used in computational biology.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires these other modules and libraries:

  Bio::Tools::GFF 
  Bio::DB::Fasta
  Path::Class
  Carp
