Net-SAP version 0.06
====================

Net::SAP allows receiving and sending of SAP (RFC2974) 
multicast packets over IPv4 and IPv6.

It uses XS and C code to send and receive the multicast
packets. I have only tested it on Linux and BSD but should 
compile on any system with IPv6 BSD sockets support.


INSTALLATION

	I now use Module::Build to build and install the module.
	To install this module type the following:
	
		perl Build.PL
		./Build
		./Build test
		
	And then as root:
	
		./Build install

	Module::Build is available in the debian package:

		libmodule-build-perl


DEPENDENCIES

	This module requires the Compress::Zlib module. It is available
	as the Debian package libcompress-zlib-perl.
