SYNOPSIS

     % perl -MCarp::Patch::Config=MaxArgNums,20 -d:Confess ...

DESCRIPTION

    This is not so much a "patch" for Carp, but just a convenient way to
    set some Carp package variables from the command-line. Currently can
    set these variables: MaxArgLen, MaxArgNums.
