DESCRIPTION
    This module is like Dist::Zilla::Plugin::OurPkgVersion but can replace
    the previously generated "our $VERSION = '0.123'; " bit. If the author
    of OurPkgVersion thinks this is a good idea, then perhaps this module
    will be merged with OurPkgVersion.
