Weather::Product::NWS is a module for parsing National Weather Service (NWS)
weather reports.

The current version does not handle addendums or corrections to reports.

Other limitations in handling WMO headers, AWIPS Product IDs or UGCs exist
based on the limitations of Weather::WMO, Weather::PIL or Weather::UGC
modules, respectively.
