Touch version 0.01

INTRODUCTION

This module allows users to "touch" files similar to the POSIX
C<touch> command.  See the documentation within the module for
details on the current functionality.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install

DEPENDENCIES

This module requires no other modules and libraries, but it requires a
C compiler.
