IP-QQWry version 0.0.10

    'QQWry.Dat' L<http://www.cz88.net/fox/> is a IP file database.  It
    provides some useful infomation such as the geographical position of the
    host binded with the queried IP, the IP's owner, etc. C<IP::QQWry>
    provides a simple interface for this file database.


INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

    perl Makefile.PL
    make
    make test
    make install


Alternatively, to install with Module::Build, you can use the following commands:

    perl Build.PL
    ./Build
    ./Build test
    ./Build install
