Convert-IRC-Color

This module is a set of funtions that allows one to
take a traditional IRC color number and return either
its hex code or name.  Note that this module assumes
the default color choices for IRC programs.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test
	make install

perldoc command.

    perldoc Convert::IRC::Color
