Since the first version since long time was released last week, this week I already present you a new version for the NEC 1300A series :)
I'm very proud to present you a new hacked version of the NEC 1300A firmware. This firmware supports booktype/bit-setting (just like 108v2 Booktype Holiday Edition).
Again thanks goes out to BronkowTech45 for this great feature.
This firmware is RPC2, but has an auto reset feature, which will reset the number of allowed region changes so your drive never get's locked to a certain region.
The special version of this firmware DOES work on NEC 1000/1100A drives, please see http://www.herrie.org for the version of this firmware for the 'real' NEC 1300A!
The archive contains various files being:
10cftest.exe (firmware including official NEC update utility)
10cftest.bin (binary which can be used with NEC1X00A.exe command line flashing tool by TDB or Liggy's NEC Binflash)
NECWinFlash.exe (alternative firmware flashing tool with GUI, created by Liggy. For a linux, Dos32, Win32 or Mac OSX version of the tool, please see http://binflash.cdfreaks.com).
NEC1X00A.exe (executable made by TDB to work with NEC 1x00A drives. Only works in REAL DOS)
