Since Version 0.04 of orinoco-Driver, the option eth=0 has been removed.
Since then the names of wireless devices are always ethX.

Because I was previously running wvlan with eth=0, I re-implemented this
option with Devicenames wvlanX. So I didn't had to change all my settings.

I also removed the Card Services release check.
