Review: Let f(z) = sum0oo an z\lambdan, \lambda1 < \lambda2 < ···. One typical best possible result is: the upper limit as r ––> oo of m(r)/M(r) and \mu(r)/M(r) (usual notations) is 1 provided sum0oo {1 \over \lambdan+1-\lambdan} < oo.
