Abstract:
Configurations in the hyperspace of all non-empty compact subsets of
n-dimensional real space provide a potential wealth of examples of
familiar and new integer sequences. For example, Fibonacci-type
sequences arise naturally in this geometry. In this paper, we
introduce integer sequences that are determined by polygonal chain
configurations.
