I am receiving more and more mail and if I answer mail as I did before, I will not be able to do anything more in future. For this reason, I am trying not to reply to mail that is not of interest for me as developer or does not describe a bug that should be fixed. This in special includes mail send directly to me. Please note that this includes "bug reports" that don't include the information that is needed to understand what's going on. See: http://cdrecord.berlios.de/old/private/problems.html for a description how a usable bug report looks like. As more and more people have broken drives, I will not answer reports that obviously are caused by a broken drive. You cannot expect that I give support for drive defects. I hope that other people on the mailing lists will help to make future development possible by answering questions to novice people as I will try to completely ignore mail that is not refering the latest release of cdrtools or where it is obvious that the sender of the mail simply was too lazy to read the documentation.
