[openrisc] progress...

Hi!

1. The assembler for OR16 seems to work pretty good right now.
The `HI' and `LO' modifiers work with all 16-bit operands.
Register prefix (`%') is optional as of now.

2. The binutils work also pretty good. Disassembling works,
aswell as `nm' and other utils.

3. More work has to be done on the GCC backend. Right now it
doesn't support any form of floats (float or double).

4. Also, much more work has to be done on the OR32 port. Will
do this when the ISA is settled.

5. I will define a set of generic relocation codes that can
be used both for OR16 and OR32.

Comments?
