[usb] Clock in ISP1501, HS transceiver.

Hi. 
I am trying to make a HS device. 
The device must support not only High-speed but also Full-speed.
ISP1501 has 2 clock outputs which are CLKOUT30(30MHz) for HS and 
CLKOUT48(48MHz) for FS. 
Then, the device is made of two parts. One is the HS logic synchronous 
to 30MHz and the other is the FS logic synchronous to 48MHz.
But I think the HS logic contains FS function.
Please give me some ideas.
