Description of Working Group:
 
The Open Distance Vector Working Group is chartered to sponsor working
on distance vector based routing protocols, and related work.
 
 Goals and Milestones: 
 
     Done Sponsor and review work comparing distance vector and SPF algorithms.
          Timing depends upon actions of funding agencies.  This is probably at
          least a one-year task.                                               

     Done Design a new distance vector protocol.  This is a long-term goal.    

     Done Produce RFC describing IGRP.
