Entity or CA type:

	RCA: Root Certification Authority
	PCA: Payment Certification Authority
	MCA: Merchant Certification Authority
	PGWY: Payment Gateway
	MER: Merchant
	CARD: Cardholder

Certificate key usage type:

	KE: Key Encipherment
	DS: Digital Signature
	CS: CRL Signature
	ALL: KE, DS and Key Certificate Signature


NOTE. In SOURCE.ZIP you may look at the source code I used
to generate the certificates, just to check the real values.
I used my ASN.1 tool, but the code is very easy to understand.
