Automake is a tool for automatically generating `Makefile.in' files compliant with the GNU Coding Standards.

Automake can be found on http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/automake/ or one of the mirrors. You can also order a CD-ROM from the FSF or use other methods to obtain a copy.
