When options.yy reports an error, file name and line number should be reported
as well (as GNU standards).

Add an command line option to specify the file for tags.

Do not use sed anymore for avoiding name conflicts for flex and bison:
use the command line option.

cpp2html <path>/*.c : ouput files are created in <path> instead of the
current directory (is it correct?)
