GNATS doesn't compile with egcs-2.91.66 !

It is a construct in the qvariable.c file that breaks it.
Sorry, I don't have the exact code in front of me but
it is something like:

  FILE *outdir=stdout;

This compiles with egcs-2.91.60, but not ecgs-2.91.66.

It was a discussion at gnu.gcc.bug which indicated that
the newer version ov egcs did the right thing. So that
means that this is a bug in GNATS.
