Debian package for Reports now in sid

Now it's reached version 0.1.0, GNUe Reports has been packaged for Debian and added to sid, the Debian unstable distribution. You can get it from your favourite local Debian mirror. Thanks again to Jeff Bailey for his work on this. Bugs with the package should be reported via the normal Debian bug tracking system.
