A few things that have long been touted as having potential to save enterprises some loot are voice over IP and Video Conferencing. In the past video conferencing has been a hassle at best, but have we turned the corner? Has the technology become stable enough and cheap enough that it will yield profit saving results? Here is an article talking about the changes. We have implemented a few such solutions, but have found the options using free software is a bit limiting. So is anyone using video conferencing to save time and/or money? If so what technologies are you using? Are you happy with them?
