This page contains information about a modified version of OpenSSH that add support for Kerberos 5 authentication using GNU Shishi via GNU GSSLib. The protocol used is draft-ietf-secsh-gsskeyex-06.txt. OpenSSH already support MIT Kerberos 5 and Heimdal, so this is merely glue to make it work with an alternative Kerberos 5 implementation.

Download it from http://josefsson.org/gss/gss-openssh.patch.
Install Shishi 0.0.6 and GSSLib 0.0.5, and make sure you put a
copy of the host key from your KDC into $prefix/etc/shishi.keys.
Get OpenSSH from CVS and apply the patch, and build it
using --with-gss.
You can then try it like the following. As the server I was using GNU lshd, but using OpenSSH built with Kerberos 5 support would work as well.
Debian users! The GSS patched OpenSSH in the "ssh-krb5" package does not work. It probably implement an older version of the draft.
