Sec. 12551. Prohibition of use of Air Force Reserve AGR 
        personnel for Air Force base security functions
        
    (a) Limitation.--The Secretary of the Air Force may not use members 
of the Air Force Reserve who are AGR personnel for the performance of 
force protection, base security, or security police functions at an Air 
Force facility in the United States.
    (b) AGR Personnel Defined.--In this section, the term ``AGR 
personnel'' means members of the Air Force Reserve who are on active 
duty (other than for training) in connection with organizing, 
administering, recruiting, instructing, or training the Air Force 
Reserve.
