Sec. 3533. Corps of Engineers: assignment or transfer of 
        officers to duties involving civil functions
        
    Officers of the Corps of Engineers may be assigned or transferred to 
and from duties involving the civil functions of the Corps of Engineers 
only with the approval of the Secretary of the Army.
