    Section, act Aug. 10, 1956, ch. 1041, 70A Stat. 225, permitted the 
Secretary of the Army, upon the officer's request, to retire a 
commissioned officer of the Regular Army in the Army Nurse Corps or 
Women's Medical Specialist Corps who has at least 20 years of service 
computed under former section 3928 of this title.
