Sec. 5142a. Deputy Chief of Chaplains

    The Secretary of the Navy may detail as the Deputy Chief of 
Chaplains an officer of the Chaplain Corps in the grade of commander or 
above who is on active duty and who has served on active duty in the 
Chaplain Corps for at least eight years.

                               Amendments
