discouragement of sale of pay. See section 805 of Title 37.
    Section 6144, act Aug. 10, 1956, ch. 1041, 70A Stat. 383, provided 
for settlement of pay accounts when lost with vessel. See section 902 of 
Title 37.
    Section 6145, act Aug. 10, 1956, ch. 1041, 70A Stat. 383, related to 
fixing date of loss of a vessel for purpose of settling accounts of 
persons aboard other than officers. See section 902 of Title 37.
