    SUBCHAPTER II--ORGANIZATION OF CORPORATIONS TO DO FOREIGN BANKING
 
Sec. 623. Voluntary liquidation

    Any corporation organized under this subchapter may go into 
voluntary liquidation and be closed by a vote of its shareholders owning 
two-thirds of its stock.
