                      TITLE 15--COMMERCE AND TRADE
 
                   CHAPTER 26--HOUSEHOLD REFRIGERATORS
 
Sec. 1212. Violations; misdemeanor; penalties

    Any person who violates section 1211 of this title shall be guilty 
of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to 
imprisonment for not more than one year, or a fine of not more than 
$1,000, or both.
