             SUBCHAPTER VI--AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS
 
Sec. 2471. Authorization of appropriations

    There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out the purposes of 
this chapter, not to exceed $6,250,000 for the fiscal year ending June 
30, 1976, and the subsequent transition period ending September 30, 
1976; not to exceed $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 30, 
1977; and not to exceed $5,000,000 for the fiscal year ending September 
30, 1978. Funds appropriated for any fiscal year shall remain available 
for obligation until expended.
