    Section, Pub. L. 87-550, Sec. 2, July 25, 1962, 76 Stat. 221, 
authorized the Administration to make loans to assist in adjusting to 
competition from imports, described such authority as additional to that 
under the Small Business Act, provided for application of the Trade 
Expansion Act of 1962, authorized appropriations, and provided for an 
effective date. See section 636(e) of this title.


                        Effective Date of Repeal

    Repeal effective on July 1, 1966, see section 3(c) of Pub. L. 89-
409, set out as a note under section 636 of this title.
