                   CHAPTER 14A--AID TO SMALL BUSINESS
 
Sec. 649c. Authorization of appropriations

    At least one small business international program shall be 
established within each region of the Department of Commerce. There are 
authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary $1,500,000 for each 
fiscal year 1981, 1982, and 1983, to carry out the program established 
in section 649b of this title.
