                SUBCHAPTER XII--MESA VERDE NATIONAL PARK
 
Sec. 115. Leases and permits; prehistoric ruins not included

    The Secretary of the Interior may, upon terms and conditions to be 
fixed by him, grant leases and permits for the use of the land or 
development of the resources thereof, in the Mesa Verde National Park, 
and the funds derived therefrom shall be covered into the Treasury of 
the United States. Such leases or grants shall not include any of the 
prehistoric ruins in said park or exclude the public from free or 
convenient access thereto.
