Sec. 14a. Appropriations; availability for printing information 
        and signs
        
    Appropriations made for the National Park Service shall be available 
for the printing of information and directional signs made of cloth and 
required in the administration of areas under its jurisdiction.

                          Transfer of Functions

    For transfer of functions of other officers, employees, and agencies 
of Department of the Interior, with certain exceptions, to Secretary of
